I Don’t Just Run Restaurants.
I Build Dining Brands Worth Remembering.
I’m Wang Hui Ting, a Singaporean Chinese entrepreneur based in London. I operate eight restaurants across Japanese desserts, specialty cafés and Chinese hotpot — but my real work is not only running restaurants. It is choosing what deserves to stay, grow and be remembered.
I AM NOT THE CHEF. I AM THE ONE WHO DECIDES WHAT DESERVES TO BE BUILT.
A Woman of Judgment and Grace
I’m Wang Hui Ting, a Singaporean Chinese entrepreneur based in London.
I operate eight restaurants in the UK, including Japanese dessert shops, specialty cafés and Chinese hotpot restaurants. I do not stand in the kitchen every day, and I am not the person who creates every dish by hand.
My role is judgment.
I work with chefs, managers and creative teams to decide what should be refined, launched, kept or removed. In a city like London, a restaurant cannot survive by taste alone. It needs identity, memory, consistency and discipline.
To me, building a dining brand is not about following trends. It is about knowing what has long-term value — and having the courage to say no to what does not.
Grace in Stillness
Elegance is not about being noticed.
It is found in calmness, restraint and the quiet strength of a woman who knows herself.
Through every season of life, I believe true beauty comes from self-respect, clarity and inner peace.
Values I Live By
Clarity
I value clear thinking and honest judgment. Life and business have taught me that clarity is not only knowing what to choose, but also knowing what to walk away from.
Independence
I believe a woman should have her own rhythm, judgment and financial independence. Independence gives me the freedom to choose with dignity, not the pressure to please.
Discipline
I do not believe in success built on excitement alone. Whether in business or life, I trust consistency, standards and long-term discipline more than temporary passion.
Elegance
Elegance is not about showing off. It is reflected in how a woman thinks, speaks, chooses and carries herself — especially when life is not easy.
Strong enough to lead.
Soft enough to feel.
Clear enough to choose.
Strength does not mean becoming cold.
Life has taught me to be realistic, but I still choose to keep softness, kindness and sincerity.
I can make difficult decisions when business requires clear judgment.
To me, true strength is not hardness. It is the ability to stay graceful, protect my boundaries and keep choosing what is right for me.
What I Believe About Restaurants
In London, taste alone is never enough.
Taste brings people in, but identity makes them remember. A restaurant needs a clear concept, a visual language, emotional memory and operational discipline.
I do not build restaurants only for today’s sales. I build dining concepts that can stay relevant for years — brands with character, consistency and a reason to be remembered.
The Next Brand
I am exploring a new modern dining concept — one with clear identity, emotional memory, visual impact and long-term business value.
STRONG IDENTITY
A brand should be easy to recognize, difficult to forget and clear in what it stands for.
MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE
Food, space and service should create emotion, conversation and a reason for people to return.
BUILT TO LAST
Not a short-lived social media trend, but a disciplined restaurant brand with structure, standards and growth potential.
Not another ordinary restaurant. Not another passing trend. A brand with character, discipline and a reason to be remembered.
I am open to conversations with the right partners to build a modern creative restaurant brand with long-term value.
The right partner may bring capital, operational experience, brand vision, property resources or strong local networks. But what matters most is shared standards, real execution, mutual respect and long-term thinking.
I am not looking for short-term speculation or a passing trend. I am looking for people who understand that great restaurant brands are built through taste, identity, discipline and patience.
